PADCO's Integrity Programs are built on the knowledge
that corruption results form specific failures in governance,
management, transparency, accountability and enforcement.
The prevention and control of complex corruption problems
starts with understanding corrupt enabling environments
and identifying how corruption works. Our Mission is
to target specific governance failures with responsive,
country identified priorities and objectives, promote
country-owned partnerships with reform leaders from
civil society, private and public sectors and implement
systemic, sustainable solutions to control and prevent
corruption.
